摘要 为了提高蓄电池单轨吊的智能化水平,取代人工驾驶,保障井下驾驶人员安全,对蓄电池单轨吊速度智能控制算法进行研究,采用模糊控制方法对蓄电池单轨吊的运行速度进行设定,实现速度的智能化给定;同时使用模糊PID控制器对蓄电池单轨吊的设定速度进行调节,提高变频调速系统的调节精度与调节速度。 In order to improve the intelligent level of battery monorail crane, replace manual driving and ensure the safety of underground drivers, the intelligent control algorithm of battery monorail crane speed was studied, and the operating speed of battery monorail crane was set by fuzzy control method to realize the intelligence of speed. At the same time, the fuzzy PID controller was used to adjust the set speed of the battery monorail crane to improve the adjustment accuracy and speed of the frequency conversion speed control system.
