摘要
针对传统滚轮罐耳缓冲性能易破坏、整体等效刚度不利于平稳运行等问题,提出了一种新型滚轮罐耳,并建立了罐笼水平振动系统动力学模型,利用ADAMS刚柔耦合模块对罐笼水平振动系统动力学模型进行仿真分析,重点分析了在4种危害严重的罐道缺陷激励下罐笼水平振动位移的频率与幅值,分析表明新型滚轮罐耳罐笼水平振动位移为低频、低幅值,在实际工况下工作稳定性强。
Aiming at the problems that the cushioning performance of traditional roller cage ear is easy to damage and the overall equivalent stiffness is not conducive to the smooth operation of the cage, a new type roller cage ear was proposed, and the dynamic model of the cage horizontal vibration system was established. The dynamic model of the horizontal vibration system of the cage was simulated by using ADAMS rigid-flexible coupling module, and the frequency and amplitude of the horizontal vibration displacement of the cage under the excitation of four kinds of seriously harmful channel defects were emphatically analyzed.Analysis shows that the new type roller cage ear cage level for low frequency vibration displacement and low-rising value, in the practical work under the condition of strong stability.
