摘要
润滑是否优良对轴承失效及使用寿命影响较大,以某型采煤机轴承为研究对象,基于界面力学研究方法及类型,运用数值仿真的方法对采煤机轴承在不同润滑条件下的界面应力和油膜厚度等润滑特性进行研究和分析。研究和分析结果表明:在不同润滑条件下,采煤机轴承接触界面的界面应力和油膜厚度大小及变化不同;润滑条件越优良,界面应力和油膜厚度越均匀变化也越小,疲劳失效也越少,使用寿命越长。该研究为采煤机轴承界面及润滑特性优化改善及使用寿命延长等方面提供理论依据。
The lubrication is good or not has a great impact on the bearing failure and service life, a certain type of shearer bearing has been taken as the research object, based on the research methods and types of interface mechanics, the lubrication characteristics of shearer bearing, such as interface stress and oil film thickness under different lubrication conditions have been studied and analyzed by the method of numerical simulation. The research and analysis results show that the size and change of interface stress and oil film thickness of shearer bearing contact interface are different in the different lubrication conditions;the lubrication conditions are the better, the interface stress and oil film thickness are the more uniform, the change is the smaller, the fatigue failure is the less, and the service life is the longer. The research provides a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of interface and lubrication characteristics and the extension of service life for the shearer bearing.
