机载锚杆钻机钻架有限元模态及谐响应分析 被引量:13

摘要 机载锚杆钻机是锚杆支护的关键设备,钻架作为主要承载结构件,其稳定性和安全性至关重要。基于模态分析理论,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,以ZDY400M机载锚杆钻机的钻架为研究对象,分析得出其前6阶固有频率和模态振型动力学特征,并在模态分析的基础上对钻架开展谐响应分析,通过分析其不同位置处的位移和应力频谱特性,为钻架及整机结构的动态设计提供参考依据。 Mounted jumbolter is the key equipment of anchor bolting. As the main load-bearing structure part, the stability and safety of drilling frame are very important. Based on the modal analysis theory, taking the drilling frame of ZDY400 M mounted jumbolter as the research object, and its first six order kinetic characteristics of natural frequency and modal vibration mode were obtained by the ABAQUS finite element analysis software. On the basis of the modal research, the characteristics of the displacement and stress of different positions of the drilling frame was analysed through the harmonic response. The research provide a reference basis for the dynamic design of the whole structure.
