摘要
根据C70货车端墙的结构和制造要求,提出了一套端墙定位组装的工艺,并研发出一套柔性C70端墙组对专机设备。该设备可以实现端墙各部件的精确定位和夹紧,大幅提高端墙的组对精度,提高了整车车体的组装精度和质量。采用滚子链传动方式来实现端墙的自动传输,同时采用气动夹具提高了组对效率,大幅降低操作者的劳动强度。
According to the structure and manufacturing requirements of the end-wall of C70 freight car, a set of end-wall positioning assembly technology was put forward, and a set of flexible C70 endwall positioning assembly equipment was researched and developed. The equipment can realize the accurate positioning and clamping of the end-wall components, greatly improve the group alignment accuracy of the end-wall, improve the assembly accuracy and quality of the whole car body. Adopted roller chain transmission to realize the automatic transmission of the end-wall. At the same time, the pneumatic clamp was used to improve the efficiency of positioning assembly and reduced the labor intensity of the operator.
