摘要
针对目前井下履带钻机存在的油管长且繁多,造成压力损失大且不易维护维修等难题,提出煤矿井下遥控履带钻机新型的管路布局设计方案。采用将电控操纵台与卸荷集成油箱前置与主机靠近布置的方式,缩短高压控制油管的长度,减小沿程压力损失。设计的卸荷集成油箱将操纵台机主机的泄油、回油油管集成为一路油液回到泵站油箱,并配有蓄能器吸收回油冲击,缩短了低压卸荷油管数量及长度,回油背压可显著降低,同时减小了泵站油箱体积,总体管路布局明显改善。
In view of the existing problems such as the long and various oil pipes, which cause great pressure loss and are difficult to maintain and repair, a new type of pipeline layout design scheme for the underground remote control crawler drilling rig was proposed. Adopted the way that the electronic control console and unloading integrated oil tank were placed close to the main engine in front,shortened the length of high-pressure control oil pipes, reduced the pressure loss along the way. The designed unloading integrated oil tank integrates the oil drain and return pipes of the main engine of the control console into the oil tank of the pump station, and was equipped with an accumulator to absorb the impact of the return oil, which shortens the number and length of the low-pressure unloading oil pipes, significantly reduces the back pressure of the return oil, reduces the volume of the oil tank of the pump station, and obviously improves the overall pipeline layout.
