摘要
以J70B型薄煤层采煤机为研究对象,基于采煤机工作时截齿的受力情况及摇臂受载的变化规律,分析了采煤机摇臂的受力情况,并利用ANSYS对摇臂结构进行了优化设计。通过对比分析优化前后摇臂结构的应力分布、质量、最大位移量等参数可知,优化设计后能有效提高采煤机摇臂结构的可靠性。
Taking J70 B type thin coal seam shearer as the research object, based on the shearercutting gear′s force and the rocker arm′s load variation law, analyzed the shearer rocker arm′s force, and carried out the rocker arm′s optimization design by using ANSYS. By comparing and analyzing the parameters of stress distribution, mass and maximum displacement of rocker arm before and after optimization, it can be seen that optimization design can effectively improve the reliability of shearer rocker arm structure.
