摘要
通过分析煤矿用掘进机截割头在实际使用过程中不耐磨、频繁损坏的问题,提出了使用激光熔覆处理技术对截割头齿座和截齿进行处理的改进方法。实际应用结果表明,采用激光熔覆技术处理的齿座和截齿耐磨性得到大大提高,使用效果更好。该技术不仅解决了实际使用过程中存在的问题,也为截割头的设计和改进提供了参考依据。
By analyzing the problem of non-wear resistance and frequent damage of the cutting head of coal mine roadheader in actual use, an improved method for processing the pick holder and pick of the cutting head using laser cladding processing technology was proposed. The practical application results show that the wear resistance of the pick holder and picks processed by laser cladding technology has been greatly improved, and the use effect is even better. This technology not only solves the problems existing in the actual use process, but also provides a reference for the design and improvement of the cutting head.
