摘要
板式冷却器因具有结构紧凑、重量轻、热传导系数高等优点,在煤矿井下全液压钻机上广泛应用。作为液压系统工作介质的冷却装置,其运行效率及状态对钻机液压系统的高效和稳定运行至关重要,一旦发生故障,轻则影响设备的运行效率,重则造成液压系统污染或元件损坏。因此,对全液压钻机上常用的铜钎焊板式冷却器的结构原理、选型计算、失效形式及故障成因进行了阐述和分析,并说明了设计及使用过程中的预防措施及注意事项,为全液压钻机油冷却器的设计选型及应用提供了技术指导。
The plate cooler has been widely used in underground coal mine full hydraulic drilling rig because of its compact structure, light weight, and high thermal conductivity. As a cooling device of the hydraulic oil, its operating efficiency and status are crucial to the efficient and stable operation of the hydraulic system of the drilling rig. Once a failure occurs, it will affect the operating efficiency of the equipment at a minimum, even cause hydraulic system contamination or component damage. Therefore,expounded and analyzed the structure principle, selection calculation, failure form and cause analysis of the copper brazed plate cooler commonly used on full hydraulic drilling rig, and explained the preventive measures and precautions in the design and use process,which provide technical guidance for the design, selection and application of the oil cooler of the full hydraulic drilling rig.
