摘要 采煤机在工作面进行自动记忆截割时经常需要人工干预,自动化水平低、故障率高。以综采工作面采煤机自动记忆截割为基础设计了采煤机自动监控系统。该系统以PLC控制系统为核心,通过对采煤机截煤作业期间的各种数据信息进行实时监测和调控,为采煤机自动记忆截割和在工作面三角区域自动化截煤提供参考依据,同时设计故障报警系统,对采煤机出现故障问题及时发出报警信息,不仅大大降低采煤机故障率,而且极大提高采煤机自动记忆截割的精准度,减少人员投入,提高生产效率,同时采煤机运行的稳定性和安全性也得到了有效提高。现场应用结果表明,该设计方案可行,具有较高的应用价值。 The shearer often needs manual intervention when it carries out automatic memory cutting in the working face, with low automation level and high failure rate. Based on the automatic memory cutting of the shearer in the fully mechanized working face, the automatic monitoring system of the shearer was designed. The system takes PLC control system as the core, through the real-time monitoring and regulation of the technical parameters of the shearer, it provides the reference for the shearer to automatically memorize the cutting and automatic coal cutting in the triangle area of the working face. At the same time, it designs fault alarm system to send alarm information in time when the shearer fails, which not only greatly reduces the failure rate of the shearer, but also greatly improves the shearer automatic memory cutting accuracy, reduces personnel input, improves production efficiency, at the same time the stability and safety of shearer operation had also been effectively improved. The field application results show that the scheme was feasible and has high application value.
