摘要
就业是对高校人才培养质量最为直观的反馈。结合吉林大学实际工作情况,分析我国高校目前在贯通就业管理与人才培养全过程的人才培养质量跟踪评价体系的信息化建设状况,发现主要存在着信息统计标准不统一、信息管理方式粗放化和各层级、各部门之间信息平台"不联不通"等问题。为更好地发挥就业对高校人才培养质量有效评价的作用,并科学合理地反馈至高校招生和人才培养全过程,研究提出要加强高校人才培养质量跟踪评价体系的信息化建设,以标准化推进评价体系公正化,以大数据技术促进高校毕业生就业精准化,以数据融通实现就业工作相关信息平台互联互通。
Employment is the most intuitive feedback to talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities. Combined with the actual work of Jilin University, this paper analyzes the current situation of information construction of the talent training quality tracking and evaluation system, which runs through the whole process of employment management and talent training, and finds that there are some problems, such as the inconsistency of information statistical standards, extensive information management methods and the lack of connection between information platforms at different levels and departments. In order to better play the role of employment in the effective evaluation of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities, and feedback to the whole process of enrollment and talent training in a scientific and reasonable way, the paper proposes to strengthen the information construction of the quality tracking and evaluation system of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, promote the fairness of the evaluation system by standardization, promote the precise employment of college graduates bu using big data technology, and realize the interconnection of information platform related to employment work by data integration.
