UV光固化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、季戊四醇三烯丙基醚(PEAE)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA),讨论了DMPA和PCL不同物质的量之比和不同异氰酸根指数(R值)对水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯膜性能的影响。通过差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、吸水率以及拉伸强度等对WPUA固化膜进行表征,分析了不同亲水基团含量和不同软硬段比例对固化膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:硬段含量不变的情况下,n(DMPA)/n(PCL)=0.7时,WPUA固化膜的综合性能较佳;固定n(DMPA)/n(PCL)=0.7的条件下,随着R值的增大,WPUA固化膜的吸水率、拉伸性能、玻璃化转变温度及热分解温度均呈现先下降后上升趋势;当R值为1.5时,膜的综合性能较佳。 Waterborne polyurethane acrylate(WPUA)was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycaprolactone glycol(PCL),pentaerythritol triallyl ether(PEAE)and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)as main raw materials. The effects of different mass ratios of DMPA and PCL and the isocyanate index(R value)on the properties of waterborne polyurethane acrylate film were discussed. The WPUA cured film was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,water absorption and tensile strength. The effects of different hydrophilic group contents and different ratios of soft and hard segments on the properties of the cured film were analyzed. The research results showed that when the hard segment content remained unchanged,when n(DMPA)/n(PCL)=0.7,the comprehensive performance of WPUA cured film was excellent. Under the fixed condition of n(DMPA)/n(PCL)=0.7,the water absorption,tensile properties,glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature of WPUA cured film showed the trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of R value. When the R value was 1.5,the comprehensive performance of the film was good.
