摘要
通过在环氧树脂中添加硅微粉和纳米碳酸钙的方法,研究了单独添加和组合添加硅微粉和纳米碳酸钙对不同固化剂含量的改性环氧树脂建筑结构胶试件抗压强度、拉伸强度和弹性模量的影响。研究结果表明:当固化剂占比不同时,改性环氧树脂建筑结构胶试件的最佳组合填料含量不同,当固化剂占比为1/2和1/3时,改性环氧树脂建筑结构胶试件的最佳组合填料含量分别为5%和7%;相较于固化剂占比1/3的试件,固化剂占比为1/2时,组合填料为5%~7%时改性环氧树脂建筑结构胶试件可以取得较好的强塑性和较高的弹性模量。
Through the method of adding silicon powder and nano calcium carbonate into epoxy resin,the effect of adding silicon powder and nano calcium carbonate separately and in combination on the compressive strength,tensile strength and elastic modulus of epoxy resin building structural adhesive modified with different curing agent contents were studied. The research results showed that the best combination filler content of modified epoxy resin building structural adhesive sample was different when the proportion of curing agent was different.When the proportion of curing agent was 1/2 and 1/3,the best combination filler content of modified epoxy resin building structural adhesive sample was 5% and 7%,respectively. Compared with the sample with 1/3 of curing agent,the modified epoxy resin building structural adhesive sample with 1/2 of curing agent and 5%-7% of combination filler could achieve better plasticity and higher elastic modulus.
