美军打击链分析及其启示研究 被引量:9

The Research of Analysis and Enlightenment US Military Kill Chain

摘要 打击链形成与运用过程就是武器系统与综合电子信息系统深度融合、密切配合的协同作战过程。美军一直致力于完善空基预警探测与打击体系,不断优化打击链流程,缩短打击链闭环时间,以提高体系作战的整体响应时间。本文通过对美军打击链基本概念、阶段划分与作战任务,以及典型战例进行深入剖析,系统性总结归纳打击链设计和运用特点,对我军建立打击链体系、作战任务与资源的动态调度机理,牵引预警机、无人机等特种机平台装备和空基体系产品设计,形成空基网络信息体系等具有重要设计鉴定意义和工程应用价值。 The process of constructing kill chain is a synergic process of deep integration and compactness cooperation between the weapon systems and the Integrated Electronic Information Systems. The US army committed itself to perfect the airborne early warning and kill system all along,to optimize the kill chain flow constantly and shorten the kill chain closed-loop time,in order to enhance the total response time of the system combat. The basic concepts,phases partition,connotations and battle cases of the US army’s kill chain are deeply anatomize in this paper,the design and exertion character of kill chain are summarized systematically,which produces important identify significances and engineering application values on constructing kill chain systems and dynamic select mechanisms of the kill chain mission s and operational resources,towing the design of special planes and system products like airborne warning and control systems(AWACS),unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) and etc.
