边缘效应视角下的城市边缘区生态规划策略研究

Research on Ecological Planning Strategy of Urban Fringe from the Perspective of Edge Effect:a Case Study of Guangzhou-Foshan Trans-boundary Area with High Quality

跨市边界地区,作为典型城市边缘区,在财税制改革后呈现出区域生态"碎片化治理"的趋势,面临着不断增大的生态环境压力。本文基于边缘效应视角,以广佛跨界地区为例,基于生态敏感性分析、生态连接度分析,研判广佛跨界地区生态资源特征与问题,从政策、底线、结构、产品等4方面提出跨市地区生态实施策略,以期为城市边缘区生态规划建设提供参考。

As a typical urban fringe area, the urban boundary area presents the trend of regional ecological "fragmentation governance" after the reform of the fiscal and tax system, and is facing increasing pressure on the ecological environment. From the perspective of edge effect, taking the crossover region between Guangzhou and Foshan as an example, based on the analysis of ecological sensitivity and connectivity, this paper studies the characteristics and problems of ecological resources in the crossover region between Guangzhou and Foshan, and puts forward the ecological implementation strategies of crossover region from four aspects of policy, so as to provide reference for the ecological planning and construction of urban fringe area.
