试论城市空间发展模式与引导策略——以合肥城市空间的发展为例

Research on Urban Spatial Development Model and Guiding Strategy:Taking the Development of Urban Space in Hefei as an Example

21世纪以来中国进入了后工业时代,城市的空间存量属性明显增强。多数城市空间发展模式由早期的"飞速拓展"转向"稳定优化",在此过程中,许多城市面临对城市空间发展模式转变做出抉择的巨大挑战。而城市的发展模式由来自城市外部原生地理环境、毗邻城市的发展、城市内部社会关系以及城市决策者的政策发布等多种复杂性因素共同影响决定。本文将通过梳理当前学术界热论的城市空间发展模式,总结各种模式的特点,并以合肥市为例对其空间发展模式和引导策略进一步详细分析,探析城市空间发展模式和引导策略的一般规律。

Since the 21 st century, China has entered the post-industrial era, the urban space inventory attribute is obviously enhanced. Most urban spatial development models have changed from "rapid expansion" to "stable optimization". In the process, many cities are faced with a great challenge to make a choice on the transformation of urban spatial development model. The development model of a city is determined by many complicated factors, such as the original geographical environment of the city, the development of the adjacent city, the social relations within the city and the policy release of the urban decision-maker.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the urban spatial development models based on the theory of boundary heat, and takes Hefei as an example to further analyze its spatial development model and guiding strategy, and to explore the general law of urban spatial development model and guiding strategy.
