城市更新视角下传统街区的活力重塑研究

Research on the Vitality Reshaping of Traditional Blocks from the Perspective of Urban Renewal

传统街区作为重要的城市老旧地区,是目前国内城市更新建设中的重点。本文以上海市长宁区新华路街区景观风貌改造提升项目为例,详细分析了传统街区活力重塑的策略。本案景观设计中将核心区域划分为四大街道,通过强烈识别感+行人优先+灵活系统的设计策略,将支离破碎的街道景观连成一个整体,最终营造出极具文化性、生活性、功能性的街区景观,使得新华路街区成为体现上海精神的"花园式景观道路"。

As an important old urban area, traditional neighborhoods are currently the focus of urban renewal construction in China. The article takes the landscape transformation and improvement project of Xinhua Road in Changning District, Shanghai as an example, and analyzes the strategy of revitalizing traditional neighborhoods in detail. In the landscape design of this case, the core area is divided into four major streets. Through the design strategy of strong recognition + pedestrian priority + flexible system, the fragmented street landscape is connected to the city as a whole, and finally a very cultural, living, and functional block is created The landscape makes the Xinhua Road block a "garden-like landscape road" that reflects the spirit of Shanghai.
