Sampling Survey of Village Construction Foundation in Hunan Province:Current Situation, Problems and Strategies

建设美丽宜居乡村,提升农村人居环境质量,是乡村振兴战略实施的重要任务。本文通过选取全省14个地市州、涵盖我省乡村振兴引领区、重点区、攻坚区的61个行政村,围绕村庄规划、生活设施、农房建设、卫生环境、村容村貌等方面开展村庄建设基础抽样调查,客观指出建设现状、分析问题与不足,从政策、制度和操作层面提出建议和策略,为我省村庄建设提供了有效参考。

Building a beautiful and livable countryside and improving the quality of rural human settlements is an important task in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. By selecting 14 prefectures and cities in the province, including 61 administrative vil ages in the leading areas, key areas and poverty alleviation areas of rural revitalization in Hunan province, the basic sampling survey of village construction is carried out around village planning, living facilities, farm house construction, sanitary environment and village appearance, it objectively points out the present situation, problems and deficiencies of the construction, giving suggestions and strategies from policy, institutional and operational levels. It provides effective reference for village construction in Hunan province.
