米兰废弃公共建筑再利用的经验与启示

The Reuse of the Abandoned Public Buildings in Milan

在米兰,有许多公共建筑被废弃,失去了其原有的使用功能,但大多保持着完整的建筑结构,并具有一定的美学价值。对这些公共建筑及场地进行改造再利用,能够避免建筑资源的浪费,实现土地资源的集约利用。本文以米兰公共建筑改造的成功案例古加尼亚农庄Cascina(1) Cuccagna为例,从功能和物质空间两个方面分析废弃公共建筑如何通过改造实现再利用,并总结了相关经验与启示,为今后废弃公共建筑改造项目提供理论和实践指导。

In Milan, abandoned public buildings is quite common, and some abandoned public buildings are in good condition, even with cultural and aesthetic values, while have lost their original functions. To transform and reuse the public buildings in good condition can save land and protect the buildings. In this paper, the successful transformation case of Cascina Cuccagna is taken as an example, the method of transformation is analyzed from the two aspects of function and physical space, and the enlightenment and experience is proposed as the guidance for the abandoned public building transformation project in the future.
