本文解析与诠释居住建筑供热计量的基本原理和四种热计量法的利弊,并通过案例剖析不同热计量方式的优劣。主要是从热计量造价、节省热费、热费在居民收入中占据的比例等方面进行分析,揭示在居住建筑供热计量改造中选用适宜热计量法的重要性,并提出建议,以期为供热方的建筑热计量规划提供借鉴。

This article Analyzes and interprets the basic principle of heat metering used in residential buildings and four types of measuring approaches;including their advantages and disadvantages. Through a case, it analyzes the pros and cons of different heat metering methods. It is mainly embarking from construction costs of different heat metering, saving heat costs and the proportion of heating charge in people’s income, then making recommendations on some aspects and expressing the importance of selecting appropriate heat metering method in the heating metering modification of residential buildings, so as to provide reference of the heat metering planning for heating enterprises.
