摘要
为贯彻落实《关于促进3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务发展的指导意见》,加强婴幼儿照护服务专业化、规范化建设,满足婴幼儿照护服务发展需要,国家卫生健康委组织研制并发布了《托育机构保育指导大纲(试行)》。对《托育机构保育指导大纲(试行)》的研制目的、价值取向和主要内容做深入分析,有助于准确把握《托育机构保育指导大纲(试行)》的纲领性要求,促进《托育机构保育指导大纲(试行)》的贯彻落实,推动托育机构的高质量发展。
National Health Commission formulated and promblgated The Guideline for Educare in Nursery Institutions (forTrial Implementation) to implement The Guidelines on Promoting the Development of lnfant Care Services Under 3 Years oldand strengthen the profesional and standardized construction of infant care servicts to meet the needs of infant care servicesdevelopment.An in -depth understanding of the purpose,valuc orientation and main contents of the Guideline helps toaccurately grasp the requirements of the Guideline, better implement it in practice, and promote the development of infant careservices with high quality.
