超超临界1050MW机组甩负荷试验及过程逻辑优化 被引量:5

摘要 通过印尼神华国华爪哇7号项目2台1050 MW机组甩50%、75%、100%额定负荷试验的对比与分析,给出了甩负荷试验前相关准备工作重点及逻辑优化措施,对重要参数采取逻辑预判的方式,从而使主要参数变动值不超标,有效地控制了汽轮机转速,使机组在空负荷工况下运行稳定,并且能在汽机转速稳定后迅速并网带负荷。在试验过程中同时对数字式电液控制系统(DEH)的动态特性进行了考核,甩负荷后各项参数结果表明,汽轮机调节动态特性良好。 Through comparison and analysis of 50%load reject test,75%load reject test and 100%load reject test to the 2×1050 MW units of Shenhua Guohua Indonesia Jawa7 Coal-fired Power Plant Project,the key preparation work and logic optimization measures before the load rejection work were proposed.Logic pre-judgement was used to the important parameters to make sure that variation of the main parameters don’t exceed the standard,which controlled the turbine speed effectively,so that the unit can run stably under no-load condition,and can synchronize with load quicky after the turbine speed is stable.The dynamic characteristics of Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System(DEH)was tested during the load rejection test.After the load rejection test,all parameters indicates that the dynamic characteristics of turbine regulation is good.
