摘要
目的研究以序贯式健康教育为指导的助产干预对产后盆底功能及应激情绪的作用。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月深圳市中西医结合医院接受的孕产妇86例作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将其等分成试验组及对照组各43例。对照组实施常规助产干预,试验组则在对照组的基础上实施以序贯式健康教育为指导的助产干预。比较两组产后3个月、6个月的盆底肌力,干预前后应激情绪变化,盆底功能障碍性疾病控制效果,产后3个月、6个月性功能变化。结果产后3个月、6个月试验组盆底肌力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后试验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组盆底功能障碍性疾病总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后3个月、6个月试验组各项性功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论以序贯式健康教育为指导的助产干预可显著改善产妇产后盆底功能,缓解应激情绪,同时降低盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生风险,改善性功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of sequential health education-guided midwifery intervention on postpartum pelvic floor function and stress emotion.Methods A total of 86 cases of pregnant and puerpera admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group through random drawing,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery intervention,while the experimental group was given sequential health education midwifery intervention based on the control group.The pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups at 3 and 6 months postpartum,the emotional changes of stress before and after intervention,the control effect of pelvic floor dysfunction,and the changes of sexual function at 3 and 6 months postpartum were compared.Results The scores of pelvic floor muscle strength in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months postpartum,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months postpartum,the scores of sexual function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Midwifery intervention guided by sequential health education can significantly improve postpartum pelvic floor function,relieve stress,reduce the risk of pelvic floor dysfunction and improve sexual function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
