群组管理对胃癌患者术后症状改善、营养状况及生活质量的影响 被引量:5

Effect of group management on postoperative symptom improvement, nutritional status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer

摘要 目的探讨群组管理对胃癌患者术后症状改善、营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月在深圳市第二人民医院接受手术治疗的胃癌患者126例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各63例,其中A组患者采用常规护理,B组患者在A组患者常规护理方法的基础之上,采用群组管理护理干预方法。结果B组患者干预前睡眠质量得分为(11.93±0.44),与A组睡眠质量得分(12.18±0.23)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者干预后睡眠质量得分为(1.01±0.89),优于A组(3.11±0.34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者干预前疼痛程度得分为(4.21±0.38),与B组(4.53±0.02)分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者干预后疼痛程度得分为(1.02±0.01),优于A组(4.63±0.12),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者实施干预前膳食营养配比比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,B组患者的膳食营养配比情况均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者认知功能(34.12±2.31)、角色功能(28.39±1.38)、社会功能(19.38±0.88)、情绪功能(42.39±3.11)、身体功能(27.32±2.49)、总体健康状况(38.34±1.07)得分显著低于B组认知功能(84.32±2.14)、角色功能(85.74±1.63)、社会功能(89.63±1.88)、情绪功能(91.34±2.37)、身体功能(87.39±2.46)、总体健康状况(84.97±3.27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论群组管理能够改善胃癌患者术后症状,促进患者合理膳食,提高患者生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effects of group management on postoperative symptom improvement,nutritional status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 126 patients with gastric cancer who received surgical treatment in the Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Using random number table method,they were divided into group A and group B,63 cases in each group.Group A were treated with routine nursing,while group B were treated with group management nursing intervention based on the routine nursing of group A patients.Results There was no significant difference in the sleep quality scores between group B and group A before intervention,which were(11.93±0.44)points and(12.18±0.23)points respectively(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of sleep quality in group B was(1.01±0.89),which was better than group A's(3.11±0.34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference between group A and group B in pain degree,which were(4.21±0.38)points and(4.53±0.02)points respectively(P>0.05).The score of pain degree in group B after intervention was(1.02±0.01)point,which was better than that in group A's(4.63±0.12),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparison of dietary nutrition ratio between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the dietary nutrient ratio of group B was better than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function(34.12±2.31),role function(28.39±1.38),social function(19.38±0.88),emotional function(42.39±3.11),physical function(27.32±2.49)and general health status(38.34±1.07)in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(84.32±2.14),role function(85.74±1.63),social function(89.63±1.88),emotional function(91.34±2.37),physical function(87.39±2.46),general health status(84.97±3.27),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Group management can improve postoperative symptoms of patients with gastric cancer,promote reasonable diet and improve the quality of life of patients.
