综合护理干预在脑卒中患者神经源性吞咽障碍治疗中的价值

Value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of neurogenic dysphagia in stroke patients

目的探讨综合护理干预对脑卒中患者神经源性吞咽障碍治疗中的价值。方法选取该院128例脑卒中神经源性吞咽障碍患者,研究开始日期为2019年3月,结束日期为2020年5月,结合入组以及排除标准,随机分为对照组及研究组各64例,对照组给予其常规护理,研究组给予其综合护理干预。观察临床指标:吞咽功能评分、吞咽困难程度、生活质量评分、BMI指数。结果护理前,两组患者的吞咽功能评分、吞咽困难程度、生活质量评分、BMI指数对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后15 d、30 d,吞咽功能评分、吞咽困难程度对比,研究组改善程度均高于对照组,生活质量评分、BMI指数,研究组高于对照组,两组患者的组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中神经源性吞咽障碍患者接受综合护理干预,能有效改善患者的吞咽功能,改善生活质量以及营养状况。

Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients with neurogenic swallowing disorder.Methods A total of 128 stroke patients with neurogenic swallowing disorders at the hospital were selected as the research object.The study began in March 2019 and ended in May 2020.Combined with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the researchers randomly divided the patients into the control group and the study group with 64 patients each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while those in the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical indicators of the two groups were observed:swallowing function score,dysphagia degree,quality of life score and BMI index.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in swallowing function score,degree of dysphagia,quality of life score and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 15th and 30th days after nursing,the improvement degree of swallowing function score and dysphagia in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the quality of life score and BMI in the study group were higher than that in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for stroke patients with neurogenic dysphagia can effectively improve their swallowing function,quality of life and nutritional status.
