摘要
基于2018年"中国老年健康调查"(CLHLS)数据,通过Logistic回归与R语言中介分析程序,探讨子女代际支持对老年人机构养老消费选择的影响。研究发现三种代际支持对机构养老消费选择影响的方向、强度与作用机制不尽相同:子女情感支持、照料支持对机构养老消费选择有显著且稳健的负向影响,并且孤独感在其间起不同程度的中介作用;子女经济支持对机构养老消费选择呈显著且稳健的正向影响,却在照料支持与孤独感间起反向调节作用。研究认为,以"钱多爱少"为代际关系特征的老年人是养老机构的目标消费者,需以孤独感作为营销切入点和突破口,对老年人各类需求进行分类管理,最终提升养老机构服务质量和老年消费者的满意度。
Based on the data from the Chin a Elderly Health Survey(CLHLS) in 2018, through Logistic regression and R language intermediary analysis program, analyze the impact of children’s intergenerational support on the consumption choice of the elderly in institutions. The study found that the direction, intensity and mechanism of the three intergenerational support on institutionalized care consumption choice are different:children’s emotional support and care support have a significant and stable negative impact on institutionalized care consumption choice, and the sense of loneliness has different mediating effect among them;children’s financial support has a significant and stable positive impact on institutional pension behavior, but it plays a negative role in regulating the relationship between care support and loneliness. According to the research, we think the elderly whose intergenerational relationship features "more money and love less" are the target consumers of elderly care institutions. And loneliness can be used as a sally point to classify and manage the various needs of the elderly, Finally we give some suggestion to improve the service quality of nursing institution for the elderly and satisfaction of elderly consumers.
