异质性环境规制、外商直接投资与经济波动——基于动态空间面板模型的实证研究

Different Types of Environmental Regulation,Foreign Direct Investment and Economic Fluctuation——Empirical Research based on Dynamic Spatial Panel Model

基于2003-2016年的省级面板数据①,运用动态空间面板模型实证分析异质性环境规制对经济波动的直接影响机制和外商直接投资间接影响机制。结果显示:命令控制型环境规制对经济波动的影响不显著,经济激励型和自愿意识型环境规制与经济波动之间呈现非线性关系。经济激励型和自愿意识型环境规制的增强有利于吸引来自其他地区清洁型外资流入,有助于抑制环境污染,有助于“熨平”经济波动。

Based on provincial panel data from 2003 to 2016,the paper used dynamic spatial panel model to empirically analyze the direct and indirect influence mechanism of heterogeneous environmental regulation on economic fluctuations.Command-control environmental regulation has no significant impact on economic fluctuation.There is a non-linear relationship between economic-incentive and voluntary-conscious environmental regulation and economic fluctuation.The enhancement of economic incentive environmental regulation and voluntary awareness environmental regulation is conducive to attracting clean foreign investment from other regions,and helps to curb environmental pollution and smooth economic fluctuations.
