儿童硬皮病合并急性肾脏损害一例

摘要 患儿,女,9岁5个月,因"皮肤发硬5年余,眼睑水肿、双下肢肿胀5 d"以硬皮病收入院。患儿于5年前因头皮、下颌、颈前、后背、右下肢皮肤发硬于武汉某三甲医院就诊,完善相关检查后考虑硬皮病,先后予激素、免疫抑制剂等(具体用药及剂量不详)治疗4年余。近半年患儿口服双环醇片25 mg/次,3次/d,复更片1.5 g/次,3次/d,维生素B410 mg/次,3次/d,白芍总苷0.3 g/次,3次/d,外用他克莫司软膏+积雪苷霜治疗,家长自觉皮肤症状好转。5 d前无明显诱因出现双眼睑水肿,晨起较重.
