美国公共图书馆理事会制度研究现状与启示

国内图书馆学界对美国公共图书馆理事会制度的研究包括对美国公共图书馆理事会概念的引介、对美国各公共图书馆理事会制度的解读、对美国公共图书馆法案中理事会规定的梳理等。国外图书馆学界对美国公共图书馆理事会制度的研究包括对制度的介绍、对保障制度法律体系的研究、对图书馆理念的研究等。未来我国图书馆学界在开展研究时应拓宽思路,探寻美国公共图书馆理事会制度的内在机制,研究以图书馆理事会制度为核心的法人治理结构,正确对待中美公共图书馆理事会制度的差异。

The studies of domestic library circle on the system of American Public Library Council include introduction and explanation of the system of American Public Library Council,clarification of the American Public Library Council regulations in the American Public Library Bill.The studies of foreign library circle on the system of American Public Library Council include introduction of the system of American Public Library Council,support law and legal system as well as concept of public library.The ideas should be expanded in order to find out the mechanisms underlying the system of American Public Library Council when domestic library circle is going to perform studies on the system of American Public Library Council.The governance structure of corporations should be studied with the system of foreign or domestic Public Library Council as its core.A correct attitude should be adopted towards the difference in the systems of Chinese Public Library Council and American Public Library Council.
