Robocare护理模式在机器人辅助下胸腔镜手术患者中的应用

Application of Robocare Nursing Model in Patients with Robot Assisted Thoracoscope Surgery

目的:探讨Robocare护理模式在机器人辅助下胸腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将2020年4月1日~9月30日收治的40例腹腔镜手术患者作为对照组,采用常规护理模式干预;将2020年10月1日~12月31日收治的40例腹腔镜手术患者作为观察组,采用Robocare全程护理标准化流程。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理效果、生活质量情况。结果:干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Robocare护理模式有助于提升患者护理效果,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the Robocare nursing model in patients with robot assisted thoracoscope surgery.Methods:During April 1 to September 30,2020,40 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients were as the control group,the conventional pattern of nursing intervention was given;During October 1 to December 31,2020,40 cases of patients with laparoscopic surgery were as the observation group,the Robocare care whole nursing standardization process was adopted.Comparison was made between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention on self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)scores,nursing effect,and quality of life.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);The care effectiveness was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Robocare nursing model helps to improve patient care effect,improve their anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life.
