预见性护理对布加综合征介入治疗患者的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Budd-Chiari Syndrome Patients with Interventional Therapy

目的:探讨预见性护理对布加综合征介入治疗患者的影响。方法:将198例行布加综合征介入治疗术患者按护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各99例,对照组给予术前术中生理指标检测和常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予预见性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间、心功能恢复正常时间、术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理可降低布加综合症介入治疗患者的并发症发生率,促进患者心功能恢复,缩短住院时间,提高满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing on Budd-Chiari syndrome patients with interventional therapy.Methods:A total of 198 cases of patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome who underwent interventional therapy according to different nursing methods were divided into the observation group and the control group with 99 cases in each group,the control group was given preoperative intraoperative physiological indexes testing and routine nursing care,the observation group on the above basis was given predictive nursing,nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the surgery time,cardiac function returned to normal time,postoperative hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01),the patients'satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can decrease the rate of complications among patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome who underwent interventional therapy,promote patients cardiac function recovery,shorten hospital stay,and improve the degree of satisfaction.
