摘要 溪洛渡、向家坝梯级电站为金沙江下游的最后两级,经过管理模式优化,由三峡梯调成都调控中心对电站调度、控制一体化管理。将两个电厂的远制室集中设于调控中心调度大厅,实现同台值班及电厂直接监控。明确调度关系,加强协调,减少重复沟通环节,提高工作效率,提升设备管理和智能水平。在紧急事件发生时能第一时间直控设备,保证安全;有效地优化人力资源配置,实现城市化办公,降低运行管理成本。 Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba Hydropower Stations are the last two cascade power stations on the lower reaches of Jinsha River.With the management mode optimization,an integrated dispatching and control of the stations is realized in Chengdu Dispatching Department of Three Gorges Cascade Dispatching&Communication Center.The remote control rooms of the two power plants are arranged together in the dispatching hall of the center to realize the joint duty and direct monitoring.The integrated management can clarify the dispatching relationship,enhance the coordination,reduce duplicate communication links,and improve the working efficiency and the equipment management and intelligence level.In case of emergency,equipment can be controlled directly in time to ensure the safety.Also,it effectively optimizes the human resources allocation and reduces the operation management cost with the realization of the remote work in the city.
