水电机组调速器主配压阀调节频繁分析及应急处理研究 被引量:2

摘要 主配压系统是水电机组调速器的核心系统。主配压阀调节频繁会造成调速系统油泵加载间隔缩短、耗油量增加与油温异常升高、油品性能下降等一系列问题。分析某巨型水电站机组主配压阀调节频繁的原因,发现是接力器活塞内漏恶化所致。经采取有效的处理措施,消除调速系统相关部件的缺陷,提高机组并网运行时调速系统调节性能,降低压力油油温,延长透平油使用寿命。 The main pressure distribution system is the core system of governor in hydropower generator unit.Abnormally frequent regulation of the main pressure distribution valve will result in a series of problems such as the oil pump loading interval shortening,oil consumption increasing,abnormal rising of the oil temperature,and the decline of the oil performance.The frequent regulation problem of the main pressure distribution valve in a giant hydropower unit is analyzed.It shows that the problem is due to the deterioration of the internal leakage of the servomotor piston.Then,corresponding treatment measures are implemented,which effectively eliminate the defects of the relevant parts in the speed control system.Thus,the regulation performance of the speed control system in the grid-connected operation is improved.Also,the temperature of the pressure oil is reduced and the service life of the turbine oil is extended.
