摘要 静止无功发生器SVG是风电场的重要电气设备。由于筠山风电场环境湿度大,而其采用的是强迫风冷设备,运行中一直处于高压热备用或者轻载状态,室内负压大,户外灰尘和潮湿的空气进入后,附着在控制板和模块上,导致多次损坏,故障率较高。通过加装散热风机变频器与除湿机和空调、进风口百叶更换为防雨百叶窗、改造B相通风道、更换功率控制单元板和IGBT模块等措施,近2年的稳定运行表明效果良好。 Static var generator(SVG)is an important electrical equipment in wind farms.In Yunshan Wind Farm which is of a high environment humidity,the SVG is equipped with forced air cooling devices.As the SVG is always in a high-pressure hot standby condition or a light load condition in the operation,the SVG room is usually of a large negative pressure.Outside dust and humid air come in and adhere to the control panel and modules,resulting in a number of failures.Thus,several renovation measures are implemented correspondingly,such as installing the frequency converter of cooling fans,dehumidifier and air conditioner,replacing the air inlet louver with rain proof louver,modifying the phase B ventilation duct,and replacing the power control unit board and the IGBT module.The stable operation of the equipment in recent two years shows that the renovation is of a good performance.
