摘要 枕头坝一级水电站在满负荷工况下,主轴密封漏水严重,经多次检修未能解决,对机组安全稳定运行造成了一定隐患。利用特性要因排除法分析,找出“主轴密封水压过低”和“浮动环动作行程不够”两个要因,通过增加润滑水压并延长浮动环动作行程,有效解决主轴密封漏水量大的问题,切实提升了设备可靠性、安全性与经济性。 Under the full load working condition,the main shaft seal in ZhentoubaⅠHydropower Station is of severe water leakage problem.Although it has been repaired for many times,the problem is still not completely solved,which endangers the safe and stable operation of the unit.By using the characteristic factor elimination method,two major causes of the problem are determined,including the inadequate water pressure of the main shaft seal and the insufficient action stroke of the floating ring.Thus,by increasing the lubricating water pressure and extending the floating ring action stroke,the leakage problem is effectively solved.The reliability,safety and economy of the equipment are significantly improved.
