摘要 水布垭电厂1号机组油压装置1号压油泵在打油过程中,油泵出口组合阀内部出现金属振动并伴有啸叫声,这一现象主要发生在卸荷先导电磁阀加载前后。通过分析与试验发现是CV3阀插装阀内部弹簧出现弹性势能衰变所致。通过对电厂4台机组8套组合阀各插装阀弹簧进行定期更换后,组合阀振动及啸叫的情况均未再次出现。 During the oil pumping process of the oil pressure equipment in the 1#unit in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant,abnormal metal vibration and whistle are observed in the combination valve of the oil pump outlet.The problem mainly occurs before or after the operation of the unloading pilot solenoid valve.Analysis and tests show that the problem is due to the decay of the elastic potential energy of the internal spring in the cartridge valve of the CV3 valve.Then,the cartridge valve springs of the eight combination valves for the four units are all replaced regularly.After the treatment,the vibration and whistle problem no longer appears.
