基于MRI三维重建的成年人颅面部软组织测量分析

Soft tissue measurement and analysis of adult craniofacial based on MRI 3D reconstruction

目的获得辽宁地区汉族成年人正常颅面部三维软组织形态的正常值和基本比例关系。方法采用GE超导1.5T MRI扫描仪对100例(女性50例,男性50例)辽宁汉族成人进行头颈联合扫描。VG Stduio2.2MAX软件实现三维颅面重建,确定颅面部软组织上50个标志点,再将标志点的坐标通过WinEDMA1.0.1软件获取各标志点之间的距离共31项,建立51项水平、垂直向比例指数。测量结果经SPSS17.0软件包统计分析,并进行男性、女性两组的t检验。结果颅面部测量的标志点间的距离共31项,男女之间差异有统计学意义的共有21项(P<0.05);颅面部各部分的基本比例关系共有51项,有统计学意义的有14项(P<0.05)。结论本测量研究为面部美容医学及整形外科学提供了客观的面部形态学指标。

Objective To obtain the normal value and basic proportional relationship of normal craniofacial three-dimensional soft tissue morphology of Han adults in Liaoning.Methods 100 cases including 50 females and 50 males of Liaoning Han adults were scanned by GE superconducting 1.5T MRI scanner.The VG Stduio2.2 MAX software realizes three-dimensional craniofacial reconstruction,and determines 50 landmark points on craniofacial soft tissue.Then,the coordinates of landmark points are obtained by Win EDMA1.0.1 software to obtain a total of 31 distance,then to establish 51 proportional indexes from horizontal and vertical.The measurement results were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 software,and T-test was conducted for male and female groups.Results There were 31 distances between landmarks measured in craniofacial region,and there were 21 differences between men and women(P<0.05).There are 51 basic proportional relationships among craniofacial parts,of which 14 have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion This measurement study provides objective facial morphological indexes for facial cosmetology and plastic surgery.
