摘要
目的:研究百合科重楼属植物北重楼地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法以及制备型HPLC,对北重楼地上部分70%乙醇提取液的正丁醇层进行分离纯化,运用HR-ESI-MS和NMR等多种波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从北重楼地上部分正丁醇层中分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为byzantionoside B(1)、vomifoliol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、dihydrovomifoliol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、macarangioside F(4)、turpinionoside A(5)、5β,6α-dihydroxy-3β-(β-D-glucoyranosyloxy)-7-megastigmen-9-one(6)、austroside B(7)、loliolide(8)、(Z)-3-hexenylβ-D-glucopyranoside(9)、icariside D1(10)、icariside F2(11)、adenosine(12)、kinsenone(13)、9(Z)-octadecenamide(14)。结论:化合物1~7、10、11、14为首次从百合科植物中分离得到,化合物8、9为首次从重楼属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol layer from the aerial parts of Paris verticillata M.Bieb..Methods:The aerial parts of P.verticillata was extracted by 70%ethanol,and then extracted by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The Separation and purification of n-butanol layer were obtained by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC(preparative type).The structures were identified by HR-ESI-MS and NMR.Results:14 compounds were isolated and identified as byzantionoside B(1),vomifoliol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),dihydrovomifoliol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),macarangioside F(4),turpinionoside A(5),5β,6α-dihydroxy-3β-(β-D-glucoyranosyloxy)-7-megastigmen-9-one(6),austroside B(7),loliolide(8),(Z)-3-hexenylβ-D-glucopyranoside(9),icariside D1(10),icariside F2(11),adenosine(12),kinsenone(13)and 9(Z)-octadecenamide(14).Conclusion:Compounds 1~7,10,11,14 were isolated from the Liliaceae for the first time,and compounds 8 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
