灰色关联度分析法评价半枝莲药材质量

Quality Evaluation of Scutellaria barbata D.Don by Gray Relation Analysis

目的:基于灰色关联度分析法,建立不同产地半枝莲药材的质量评价方法。方法:以14个不同产地半枝莲药材样品作为研究对象,测定其总黄酮、野黄芩苷、野黄芩素、木犀草素、芹菜素、浸出物的含量,建立半枝莲药材的灰色关联度及其质量评价的模型。结果:14个产地半枝莲药材样品的相对关联度在0.267~0.653之间,其中2个产地半枝莲药材的相对关联度在0.50以上,其余产地半枝莲药材的相对关联度在0.50以下。湖南邵阳、河南信阳、安徽种植基地的半枝莲药材的相对关联度排名靠前,说明其药材质量较优,河南确山县石滚河乡、安徽寿县、安徽临泉产地的半枝莲药材的相对关联度排名靠后,说明其药材质量较差。结论:本研究建立了半枝连药材质量的灰色关联系分析法,可为半枝莲药材资源的开发与利用、质量评价方法的建立提供实验依据。

Objective:To establish the quality evaluation method of Scutellaria barbata D.Don from different producing areas based on the gray relation analysis.Methods:14 samples of Scutellaria barbata from different producing areas were collected,the contents of total flavonoids,scutellarin,scutellarein,luteolin,apigenin and extract of Scutellaria barbata were determined.The gray relation analysis and quality evaluation model was established.Results:The relative relation degrees of all evaluation samples were in the range of 0.267-0.653.Among them,the relative relation degrees of samples from two producing areas were greater than 0.50,which had high quality evaluation.The relative relation degrees of the rest samples from other producing areas were less than 0.50,which had low quality evaluation.The samples of Scutellaria barbata in Shaoyang of Hunan Province,Xinyang of Henan Province and Anhui growth base ranked the top few in the relative relation degrees,which had better quality.The samples of Scutellaria barbata from Shigunhe of Henan Province,Shouxian of Anhui Province and Linquan of Anhui Province ranked the bottom few in the relative relation degrees,indicating that the samples produced in these areas had poor quality.Conclusion:The results of this study established the quality evaluation method of Scutellaria barbata D.Don based on the gray relation analysis,which can provide experimental references for the exploitation,utilization and quality evaluation of Scutellaria barbata.
