电针对去卵巢大鼠睡眠觉醒时程和睡眠觉醒累积量的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Electro-Acupuncture on Sleep-Awakening Time Duration and Sleep-Awakening Accumulation in Ovariectomized Rats

摘要 目的:观察电针“安眠穴”对去卵巢大鼠睡眠觉醒时程和睡眠觉醒累积量的影响。方法:SD雌性大鼠随机分为电针组和假电针组,每组8只。两组大鼠分别给予卵巢切除术和大鼠脑电、肌电埋置术,术后恢复10 d后给予电针或假电针治疗,隔天1次,共治疗7次。记录治疗前后大鼠脑电图(EEG)和肌电图(EMG);脑电波、肌电波信号经睡眠生物解析系统放大、滤波、数模转换后,用SleepSign软件记录,分析电针对去卵巢大鼠睡眠觉醒时程和睡眠觉醒累积量的影响。结果:电针组治疗后,睡眠觉醒时程,觉醒(Wake)减少,非快速动眼(NREM)睡眠量增多,在17:00点差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),快速动眼(REM)睡眠无变化;睡眠觉醒累积量,Wake减少,全天Wake差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NREM睡眠量增多,在白天及全天与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),REM睡眠无变化。假电针组治疗后,睡眠觉醒时程和累积量、Wake、NREM、REM睡眠时间均无统计学意义。结论:电针“安眠穴”能增加去卵巢大鼠NREM睡眠时间,减少其觉醒时间,可以改善去卵巢大鼠的睡眠觉醒状态。 Objective:To observe the effect of electro-needling Anmian point on sleep awakening duration and sleep awakening accumulation in ovariectomized rats.Methods:SD female rats were randomly divided into the electro-acupuncture group and the sham electro-acupuncture group,with 8 rats in each group.The rats were given ovariectomy and the embedding of EEG and EMG respectively in the two groups.After 10 days of recovery,they were intervened by electro-acupuncture or sham electro-acupuncture once every other day for 7 times.EEG and EMG were recorded before and after the intervention.The EEG and EMG signals were amplified,filtered and converted into digital mode by sleep bioanalysis system.The effects of electro-acupuncture on sleep awakening duration and sleep awakening accumulation of ovariectomized rats were analyzed.Results:After the intervention of electro-acupuncture,the sleep awakening duration,awakening times decreased and NREM sleep increased,and the difference was statistically significant at 17:00 in the day(P<0.05),but there was no change in REM sleep;the cumulative amount of sleep awakening and awakening times decreased,and the difference was statistically significant in the whole day(P<0.05),and the NREM sleep increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no change in REM sleep.After the intervention of sham electro-acupuncture,there were no statistical differences in sleep awakening duration and cumulative amount,awakening times,NREM and REM compared to those before the intervention.Conclusion:Electro-needling Anmian point can increase NREM sleep time,reduce its awakening time,and improve sleep awakening state of ovariectomized rats.
