摘要
目的优选番泻叶配方颗粒的水提工艺。方法以番泻苷A、B含量转移率和出膏率为评价指标,选择加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,通过正交试验,优选出番泻叶配方颗粒的水提工艺。结果提取次数对提取效果有显著性影响,优选的最佳提取工艺为提取3次,每次加8倍沸水,提取10 min。结论经优化得到的水提工艺稳定可行,有效成分提取完全,可为番泻叶配方颗粒工业化生产工艺提供指导。
OBJECTIVE To optimize water extraction process of senna dispensing granules.METHODS With evaluation indexs of the content transfer rate of sennoside A and B and the content of solid matters,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction technology of senna dispensing granules by taking the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times as factors.RESULTS The extraction times had significant influence on the extraction effect.The optimal extraction process was as follows:extracted 3 times with 8 times boiling water,10 minutes each time.CONCLUSION The optimized water extraction process is stable and feasible,and the effective components can be completely extracted.This process can provide the basis for the production of Senna dispensinggranules.
