馥感啉口服液用于治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疗效的meta分析

The Clinical Efficacy of Fuganlin Oral Solution on Children Suffered from Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection:A Meta-analysis

目的系统评价馥感啉口服液用于治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法检索Pubmed,Web of Science,Embase数据库和中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库,纳入馥感啉口服液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的随机对照试验,以治疗有效率为结局指标,对纳入的文献进行meta分析。结果最终纳入5篇文献,共509例患者。meta分析结果显示:治疗组与对照组之间治疗总有效率的差异具有统计学意义,且认为治疗组的总有效率较高(RR=1.22,95%CI:1.13~1.32,P<0.00001)。结论馥感啉口服液能有效用于治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染,但仍需更多大规模、多中心随机对照研究来验证本结论。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of Fuganlin oral solution on children suffered from recurrent respiratory tract infection.METHODS Pubmed,Web of Science,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database were searched.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)which Fuganlin oral solution for recurrent respiratory tract infection were searched.The primary outcome index was therapeutic efficacy.Meta-analysis was performed on the selected literatures.RESULTS A total of 5 references were included involving 509 children.Results of meta-analysis showed that there was statistically significant between Fuganlin group and non-Fuganlin group,and the overall therapeutic efficacy of Fuganlin group was higher.(RR=1.22,95%CI:1.13~1.32,P<0.00001).CONCLUSION Fuganlin oral solution can effectively be used to treat recurrent respiratory tract infection,but multiple centre studies are required to validate those conclusions.
