Research on Equipment Supplier Selection Method Based on Mixed Information and Improved TOPSIS

摘要 针对评价值为混合信息、专家权重未知的装备供应商选择问题,提出一种新的供应商选择决策方法。将语义评价信息转化为有犹豫度差异的直觉模糊数,根据专家评价犹豫度和相似度确定专家权重,并利用混合改进TOPSIS方法集结评价值,克服了数据类型的不可公度性,使评价结果更为客观。算例表明该方法具有良好的稳定性和合理性,同时考虑了专家评价差异性和不确定性对排序结果的影响,能够为装备采购决策提供有效参考。 Aiming at the problem of equipment supplier′s selection with mixed information and unknown expert weight,a new method of supplier selection decision was proposed. It transformed semantic evaluation information into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers with hesitancy differences,determined the expert weight according to the hesitancy degree and similarity of evaluation information,and used the improved TOPSIS method to aggregate the mixed evaluation value to overcome the incommensurability of data types,which made the evaluation result more objective.The example shows that the method has good stability and rationality,and considers the influence of difference and uncertainty of experts` evaluation on the ranking result,which can provide an effective reference for equipment procurement decision.
