Game Theory Selection Study on Port Cooperation Method under Fair and Mutual Benefit Concept along the Maritime Silk Road

21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线港口在公平互惠的价值理念下展开的多层次合作,是建设海上丝绸之路沿线港口和航运格局的基础,同时也是中国港口升级和代际成长的推动力。首先界定了海上丝绸之路沿线港口合作的定义,并从港口发展与产业、区域经济互动的角度分析沿线港口合作的机遇与挑战。其次,从港口对外投资、BOT共建、港口联盟、多式联运、中国港口体制创新等角度分析了沿线港口合作的方式选择、作用机制及适用条件。最后通过博弈模型研究"海丝"沿线港口在对外投资过程中与东道国之间的合作共赢机制及博弈选择。

Multi-hierarchy cooperation framework inbetween the ports based on the fair and mutual benefit concept was the cornerstone on constructing the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road port connection and engine in updating Chinese seaports and growth.The port cooperation along the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road hasbeen defined and analyzed the opportunity and challenge from the perspectives of port-industrial and port region interaction. Then it developed research into port cooperation method selection,cooperation mechanism and application condition in analyzing the port FDI,BOT,port alliance,mutli-mode transport,and China port institutional innovation.In conclusion,game theory selection was built on studying the cooperative and multi-win cooperation on port FDI and the host country along the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road.
