基于FPGA的GM4943A雷达信号源设计

摘要 本文在研究国产四通道雷达信号源芯片GM4943A的工作机理和内部寄存器操作的基础上,基于FPGA技术其及信号源控制模块,并在Vivado16.2软件环境中进行软件编程和设计实现。测试结果表明,该雷达信号源模块具有频率、相位和幅度可调可控的能力,具有数字化高分辨率、高稳定、大带宽和快速切换等特点,基本满足工程应用需求,对雷达信号源的开发设计具有一定参考价值。 By study of the working mechanism and internal register operation of the domestic four-channel radar signal source chip GM4943A,a signal source control module is designed with the Vivado16.2 software environment based on FPGA.The test results show that the radar signal source module has the adjustable and controllable capability of frequency,phase and amplitude,and has the characteristics of digital high resolution,high stability,large bandwidth and fast switching,which basically meets the needs of engineering application and has certain reference value for the development and design of radar signal source.
