利用工厂化栽培金针菇菌渣制作羊肚菌营养袋初探 被引量:5

摘要 为探索工厂化栽培金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)菌渣高效利用新途径,减少菌渣对环境污染,有效降低羊肚菌生产成本,利用金针菇菌渣做主料,部分代替目前制作羊肚菌营养袋普遍采用的小麦培养料。设计金针菇菌渣添加梯度分别为15%、30%、45%和60%,与现有配方作对照进行栽培试验。结果显示,各金针菇菌渣添加梯度产量分别为0.368 kg·m^(-2)、0.345 kg·m^(-2)、0.316 kg·m^(-2)、0.224 kg·m^(-2)和0.377 kg·m^(-2)(CK),且添加一定量菌渣可加快营养袋发菌速度,减少虫害和杂菌污染,使出菇期提前,为金针菇菌渣资源化循环利用配方提供设计参考。 In order to explore a new efficient way of industrial cultivation of Flammulina velutipes residue, reduce the environmental pollution caused by residue, and effectively reduce the production cost of Morchella sextelata, F. velutipes residue were used as the main material to partially replace the wheat culture material, which were commonly used to make M. sextelata nutrition bag. The design added gradients were 15%, 30%, 45% and 60% respectively, compared with the existing formula. The results showed that adding a certain amount of dregs, the yields were 0.368 kg·m^(-2), 0.345 kg·m^(-2), 0.316 kg·m^(-2), 0.224 kg·m^(-2) and 0.377 kg·m^(-2)(CK) respectively, and could speed up the growth of mycelium in nutrient bags, reduce insect pests and miscellaneous bacteria pollution and advance the fruiting period, which provided a reference for the design of F. velutipes residue recycling formula.
