采用不同海鲜菇菌渣配方栽培草菇试验

Experiment on Volvariella volvacea Cultivation Using Different Hypsizygus marmoreus Chaff Formula

从福建、山东等地引进草菇菌株6个,设计以6种以海鲜菇菌渣为主料的栽培配方,研究不同菌株和栽培配方对草菇菌丝生长及产量的影响。结果表明,草菇菌株V1172、V1296及V5是利用海鲜菇菌渣栽培的适宜菌株;配方3 (海鲜菇菌渣55%、玉米芯15%、花生壳15%、鸡粪5%、牛粪5%、石灰5%。)为最佳配方,与CK相比,栽培料的理化指标明显改善,草菇菌丝生长更旺盛,杂菌发生率降低36.5%,提前2 d现蕾,增产率达43.44%。

In this experiment, 6 Volvariella volvacea strains were introduced from Fujian, Shandong and other places, and 6 formulas based on Hypsizygus marmoreus chaff were designed to study the effect of different strains and cultivation formulas on mycelium growth and yield of V. volvacea. The results showed that the V. volvacea strain V1172, V1296 and V5 were suitable strains for cultivating V. volvacea with H. marmoreus chaff. Formula 3 was the best formula, compared with CK, the physical and chemical indicators of cultivation materials were significantly improved, the mycelium of the V. volvacea grew more vigorously, the incidence of miscellaneous bacteria was reduced by 36.5%, fruiting appeared 2 days earlier, and the yield was increased by 43.44%. The best formula was H. marmoreus chaff 55%, corn cob 15%, peanut shell 15%, chicken manure 5%, cow manure 5%, lime 5%.
