大红菇红枣汤对训练中机体血清睾酮和皮质醇激素的影响

摘要 通过耐力和速度2个不同项目组运动员饮用野生大红菇红栆汤,研究大红菇红栆汤对不同项目运动员血清睾酮和皮质醇激素变化的影响。测定血清睾酮指数、皮质醇指数、血清睾酮/皮质醇比值的变化,分析大红菇子实体对提升运动员体能的作用。血清睾酮指数分析结果表明,耐力型项目的血清睾酮指数低于速度型项目的血清睾酮指数,2个项目的对照组运动员血清睾酮指数随着训练时间的延长呈现下降趋势,2个项目的试验组运动员血清睾酮指数随着训练时间的延长呈现上升趋势。皮质醇指数分析结果为,耐力项目组运动员皮质醇指数要高于速度项目组运动员的皮质醇指数,2个项目对照组的运动员皮质醇指数随着训练时间的延长呈现下降趋势,而试验组运动员皮质醇指数随着训练时间的延长相对升高。血清睾酮/皮质醇比值分析结果表明,2个项目试验组与各自的对照组相比,运动员经长期训练后血清睾酮/皮质醇比值呈上升趋势。试验证明不同项目的运动员食用大红菇都能维持其身体的正常机能,提高运动水平,改善训练效果。 By drinking the Russula alutacea and Ziziphus jujuba soup,the effects of R.alutacea and Z.jujuba soup on testosterone and cortisol of athletes in different sports were studied.Testosterone,cortisol,testosterone/cortisol ratio were detected.The results showed that,the testosterone of endurance-type was lower than the testosterone of speed-type project,and the testosterone of the control groups of the two groups showed a downward trend with the extension of the training time.In the endurance and speed experiment groups,the testosterone of the experimental group showed an increasing trend with the extension of training time.The results of cortisol showed that the athletes’cortisol of the endurance athletes was higher than that of the speed groups.The cortisol of control groups showed a downward trend with the extension of training time.The cortisol of athletes in the endurance experiment groups showed an upward trend with the extension of training time.The results of serum testosterone/cortisol ratio analysis showed that the testosterone/cortisol ratio of exercise and speed of the two control groups showed a trend after long-term training.The athletes of the two experiment groups of endurance and speed showed an upward trend after long-term training.The expeniments showed that,athletes of different projects can maintain the normal function of the body and improve the level of exercise by drinking the R.alutacea and Z.jujuba soup.
