摘要 食用菌产业作为农村的特色产业,应立足于新型的产业发展模式,探究在乡村旅游资源下的食用菌产业发展新模式,通过对乡村旅游资源的有效利用提高食用菌栽培园的影响力和效益。在基于分析食用菌栽培园的发展上,从乡村旅游资源+食用菌栽培园模式的战略、布局和保障3个方面,探讨开发食用菌栽培园发展新模式。 In the era of rural economic construction becoming the focus of rural development,the edible fungi industry,as a characteristic industry in the countryside,should be based on a new type of industrial development model and explore the new model of edible fungi industry development under rural tourism resources.In the development of the edible fungi industry,edible fungi cultivation garden are the basic component.Under the current development background,farmers have begun to actively combine edible fungi cultivation garden with rural tourism resources and improve the influence and benefit through the effective use of rural tourism resources.In the aspect of analyzing the development of edible fungi cultivation plantations,the new development model of edible fungi cultivation plantations was studied from three aspects,such as the strategy,layout and guarantee of tourism resources+edible fungi cultivation plantations in rural tourism resources.
