摘要 决定食用菌产业发展效益的关键在于产品品质,而首要品质即为食用安全。因此在进行食用菌产品生产、加工以及销售等环节都要做到对产品安全的有效监管。针对食用菌产品安全,监管人员应从经济法角度加以把控,即重视构建食用菌安全监管体系,体现食用菌安全监管行为的规范性与强制性。在分析食用菌安全监管体系的构建时,探究当前食用菌安全监管现状,并全面、深入的分析食用菌安全监管体系构建的监管架构、监管方式、跟踪监管3个重点内容。 The key to determining the development efficiency of the edible fungi industry is product quality.The primary quality of edible fungi is food safety.Based on this,effective supervision of the safety of edible fungi products must be implemented in the production,processing and sales of edible fungi products.When supervising the safety of edible fungi products,the supervisors should control them from the perspective of economic law,that is,attach importance to the construction of an edible fungi safety supervision system based on economic law,reflecting the normative and mandatory behavior of edible fungi safety supervision.When analyzing the construction of edible fungi safety supervision system,this article explores the current status of edible fungi safety supervision from the perspective of economic law,and comprehensively and deeply analyzes the specific points of the construction of edible fungi safety supervision system,include supervision organizational strtcture,regulatory approach,tracking and supervision three aspects.
